as ipswich i am 8 games into the season and i am 19th. I've signed zavon hines who doesnt seem to be doing anything, even though i was reccomended him by quite a few people. My teams morale is low, and there are complaints of the players not feeling 'together'. Every game i listen to my assistant managers advice, and change my tactics to suit his advice. Am i better off ignoring him? or maybe i should get a new assistant manager? if so, please reccomend a few.

who is your asst manager? what are his stats for tactics etc?

he's tony laughlan, tactical knowledge 12, judging player ability 12. For the guys who don't listen to him, are you still succesful in your games?

Ive been succesful by not listening to him, i won league 2 with rochdale in my first season and ive got into the playoffs in league 1 in the second season with them.

i was managing a BSP club and he helped me a lot
only listened to him for recommend players to improve

tactics 12 isn't that great so i wud ignore what he is saying and do what you think is best. you may be able to get ricky sbragia as an assist manager. Someone here told me hes quite good.

The only times ive really listened to him is when hes reccomended players to me and even then he must of been on crack or summat because they wre absolute ****!

I think you can get a decent *** Man with Ipswich. Try to get someone with 18+ in tactical knowledge if you want to trust him on OIs and other tactical advice. I also think that the *** Man's personality/preferences come into play, so try getting someone who matches your style.
