I put the skin in the skins folder, I untick skin cache, then tick Skin on Confirm, but the skin doesn't show up. I click the Skins thing on the left side and I only have FM2011..can someone give me a piece of advice?

Hmm.. It should work fine unless you are using a mac.. I'l try looking up some possible solutions.

what skin is it? have you got the latest patch installed ie: 11.2, i take it you extracted the skin to "user documents/si/fm11/skins"

Weeell I don't have the new patch, but it's a normal version and it doesn't need the patch.

really :S most custom skins need patch 11.1 to work that was the reason i asked,other option if you dont want to add a patch is navigate to the skin folder our using in user documents and open the skin name your usings xml file and changing this line from <string id="required_version" value="11.1.0" translate="false"/> to <string id="required_version" value="11.0.0" translate="false"/> and see if that does the trick
