it seems to have just gone from the forum and i can't search for the thread i need which is the one telling me where the online staff scouting thing is. the one where it tells you what role a person suits.
can anyone help ?

Sean has said that whenever just a few people use it, it causes the whole site for everyone to go majorly slow. Atm it looks unlikely he will bring it back due to this problem

Also a good tip is to use google to search FM-Base by typing in something like this....
