I've just been sacked (unfortunately, please inbox for CV, currently willing to undertake any team) with Liverpool just into my second season. Knowing, what I now think I know, I am going to start all over again with Liverpool are try to see where it all went so wrong.

Before this, I wanted to see if anybody had any advice as to what signings/formations/training regimes/coaches I could use/hire to ensure a much more enjoyable experience to both myself and, of course, the fans!

4-3-3 formation:

have full backs on support duty, have one CD on stopper, the other on cover.

have a DLP (gerrard) BWM (lucas) and B2B (Henderson) in your mid field.

two IF's, left IF put Suarez there, Right IF for Sturridge.

Then the striker will be a False 9, Buy Damiao.

Would it be wrong for me to recommend that you are doomed to failure from the moment you select Liverpool over Man City? ;) Sorry, one of my best mates is a Liverpool fan, so I always give him grief.

First player I sign with every save... Eder Alvarez Balanta. He is good enough to start and kick tail for you as the left DC. I would also grab Lucas Romero to replace Lucas and transfer Lucas for straight cash homey. Since I cannot stand Suarez, I would sell him as well, but he's hard to replace.
