Liverpool 2nd season defenders help

I'm doing a save as Liverpool and im nearly in my second season and I need some defenders to buy as I seem to be leaking too many goals.
I will need a new left back and a couple of solid centre backs my budget will be around 20-30 mill.

Phil Jones, Ryan Shawcross and Aly Cissokho. Phil Jones turns out to be one of the best CB's in the world, and Ryan Shawcross is already brilliant. Once again Aly Cissokho also turns out to be one of the best LB's in the world unless a better regen gets produced
