does anybody know how much they will get to spend in the 2nd season, roughly.. and further the point any good signings.. looking maybe LW and CM.. thanks

It may depend on what you have spent already. But I got 40m after hardly spending 1st season. I bought Kwadwo Asamoah for cm in the 2nd season and he has done very well.

For LW keep your eye on De Maria who may be transfer listed. There are also guys like Schurlle (sp), Marin, Sarabia worth checking. But with Liverpool not doing great financially I held out with Downing and got Kagawa on an free and he comes in on your 3rd season.

You must recieve around 40M for transfers if you do well in 1st season.

Ivelin Popov is great for both wings. And he's pretty cheap (at leat in first season, when I signed him).
Griezmann in a beast on this position (but his clause is about 24M, you may not want to pay all that if you intend to bring other players, but it worths, and how it worths)

Marvin Martin, Leroy Fer, Ruben Yttergard Jenssen are good CM's.

also, be aware on Wilshere, in 2nd or 3rd season he might be transfer listed (in my current save Aston Villa bought him for 5.5M only) and the guy is a beast and can play on several positions.

I am also in my second season with liverpool and I hope that I get a nice transfer budget, because I became champion and won the FA cup and now a lot of really good player are transfer listed
