Not seen much of Poulsen last season, but I wasn't watching that much Italian football.
The only reason to buy him would be as back-up to Mash and insurance against him leaving next summer. Spearing is on the fringes of the first-team squad so may well get games this season in that role unless Mash is in his last season with us. I'm sure there are better options out there too Kris, even if it were to be Mash's last season, it would make more sense to take silly money for him next summer and reinvest a bigger slice of that into a young, quality prospect. Personally, I thiink Mash for cash + Yaya from Barca would be a good deal if Mash were adamant that he won't stay. The rumours about Cattermole have been around for a while though. Not sure I rate him to be honest...
