Liverpool british players

I have just started a new season with liverpool and decided to only have or try to have british players at the club, so far i have signed:

wayne hennessey - 7.5mil
carlton cole - 14.5 mil
gabby agbonlahor - 15.5 mil
scott brown - 5 mil
danny wilson - 4.5 mil
christophe berra - 5 mil

and i have sold

fernando torres - 45 mil (man city)
lucas - 4.5 mil (ac milan)
david ngog - 3.5 mil
yossi benayoun - 4.7 mil
javier masscherano - 21 mil
albert riera - 6.25 mil
emilano insua - 3.9 mil

I only have 10.25 mill left, however dirk kuyt mabye leaving if he accepts a contract so when he leaves i will have 16.5 mil
I need two centre mids with that money, suggestions would be nice

I'm Villa, my lineup is currently like this:
GK - Joe Hart, RB - Kyle Walker, LB - Stephen Warnock, CB - Miles Addison, CB - Chris Smalling, MC - Jack Rodwell, AML - Adam Johnson, AMR - foreign player, AMC - Fabian Delph, AMC - Jack Wilshere, ST - Gabby Agbonlahor

Milner and Young would probably be better options, but i've sold them on my save.
