Liverpool - DM / CM

Just started the 2011/12 and need this position with £22m to spend. I play 4-2-3-1 with Jordan Henderson, Raul Mereiles and Lucas my choices for this position but need a more consistent and overall better player. I am aiming to at least challenge for Premier League and Champions League.

Any recommendations?
