Liverpool DM or CM 1st season

I have 45m budget but am buy Tremoulinas and Lukaku for 20m in total. So that leaves around 25m but dont want to spend it all because I am looking to buy a few youngsters so willing to spend 15-20m on either a DM or CM in a 41212.

If I buy a DM, then Lucas will be pushed into CM, If I buy a CM then Lucas will play DM.

Preferences for CM: Young, good passing

For DM: Young, semi-good passing, good tackler

I think he is both. Can easily be trained to be a DM if not. Quite capable too.

m'vila but hes pretty expensive, defour is a top deep lying playmaker and ive heard good things about vidal
