Liverpool Euro Cup Problem

last season i finished 3rd so i qaulified for the champions league, but i also won the europa league, but now in the start of my second season, i am playing in the europa league again and not champions league? why is this? does this mean to go in champions league il have to finish top 4 again and try and get eliminated from europa league?

pretty stupid tbh, i should be in champions league

must be a glitch mate , i did the exact same as you with liverpool in my game (all be it in 2018/19) and i was in the champs league , sorry
