Staff

My first port of call when I took the job was to review the staff team that we currently have in place. Looking at the overview, it was clear to see that I need to make a few changes.



Then the hard work began. It was quite the overhaul with a number of staff members leaving to be replaced with much stronger options from within Europe.



Following the complete overhaul of the staff team, we now have the best backroom team in the league and a base on which to build. I would still like to improve the scouting team but we are 2nd only to Man United.
