Liverpool second season, Chamberlain or Lamela?

I'm in my second season with Liverpool, made it to the champions (4th) and now I'm strengthening my squad for some silverware and domination.
My current Transfers so far having been Martins Indi & Kyle Walker. Last year were Wanyama and Alderwiereild. My current LU 4-3-3:

Reina
Walker alderwie Agger Johnson
Lucas Wanyama


Sterling - Gerrard Coutinho
Suarez

Now I'm looking for one last AM to complete my squad, and I'm yet to decide between Erik Lamela or Chamberlain. Lamela will probably cost about ~35M while Chamberlain will cost me ~22m...Both will end my budget after some sell out...
Lamela seems to have more potential tho!

I've got both on my Arsenal team and Lamela plays best out of the two, but he plays on the left in my team and the Ox on the right.

Lamela was incredible for my spurs team. Never used Chamberlain but he'd definitely be the cheaper of the two.
