Just thought I'd post some info regarding the problems with a new liverpool stadium. (and boast a little)

I have played as liverpool from day one and was getting frustrated with the board not allowing a stadium expansion due to 'not getting planning permission'

I had won the prem, CL and most domestic cups more than once after 5 or so seasons and was becoming frustrated. I was making a loss of between 2 and 6 million every month and was getting concerned for future finances and thought a new stadium might help.

I looked on various forums and discovered that others were having the same problem.

At the end of the 2015 season I had won PREM, CL, League cup and FA cup but i had not spent one penny of the 33 million transfer budget given at the start of the season. This seemed to boost my finances above 100 million quid and then the board made this announcement.

(this is from memory)

The Liverpool Board have announced the creation of a new 59978 all seater, all weather, stadium. The Moore stadium will be completed at the end of the 2016 season and has been named after their greatest ever manager.

etc etc... yes my surname is Moore.

Good times guys. My mates are gutted.

I have expanded it already to 65000...
 
Well he sort of just explained it.

Just be patient I guess, get the loans cleared and don't splash your transfer budget. I'm in 2013, got some good youth players coming through. So I can go a couple of seasons without spending.
 
The loans still aren't paid until 2019. However if you have the cash flow they will expand... they seem reluctant to pay the debts first but that must be in the programming.

I am looking forward to 2019 when hopefully i will begin to make a monthly profit. I am already shown as the richest club in the world though so i dont know how it all works.

Bring on world domination!!

Taylor Stadium, has a ring to it.

I don't think Gabriel Stadium will have that same buzz.
 
'The Whitehouse stadium' lol. not really the same ha! Im just hoping that all we need to do is become Liverpool's most successful manager as i only need 4 major trophies and thats done then, but im in 2013 so bags of time :p
 
My mate's last name is *** and he's managing Liverpool.

Now I hope he doesn't get the stadium named after him.

Well done fella, slightly annoyed though, you managed more seats on the first go than the moore stadium!!!

Will not rest until its bigger than Old Trafford!

wonder if the same will happen with everton, im only in my third season with them though and I'm no were near there greatest manager yet.

Wonder if I'll get a new stadium to replace Old Trafford, somehow 100,000 seats just isn't enough anymore!!!
 
Yea i have now had the same thing. So its conclusive that to get a new stadium for liverpool, you need to become the clubs greatest ever manager.
 
In my birmingham game they are building a new stadium for 57.000, with roof and undersoil heating


it is called "Francis Park"
 
Yea my liverpool one in 2016 is going to be called 'Whitehouse Park' with a capacity of 61,595, a roof and heating.

nice work getting a stadium, are any of you in the hall of fame in the country that you manage in?
 
Yea im 2nd in the country hall of fame and also in the Europe and World one as well. What about you?
