Did you spend some of that budget on Kadlec and Eden hazard?
Id go for a good young gk as backup, a leftback to replace aurelio, and a good striker to backup carroll and Suarez.
For goalie id go for Alex Smithes.
LB : Dodo or Joe Mattock
ST : Lukuka (better composure than kadlec) or Cardozo.

If you have change try 2 cheap wingers Alex Chamberlain and Hazard (Eden's lil brother cant think of first name.)

for future:
other lucas from sua paulo I got at about 5mil amazing wonderkid CAM
Rakitic I found on free transfer good 23 year old CM

Ok, everywhere comment is stupid and useless, but your reply " wolves" is even more useless.
OT:
Maybe change Aurelio. Try get Bale or Coentrao. Also, I think you need better ST than Carroll ( I assume he is Targer man and Suarez is poacher ? )

Would suggest Fabio Coentrao for £10.75m to fill the LB slot, Romelu Lukaku for £10m-ish for a backup Target Man to Carroll (he turns out great on LFCMarshalls update) and then go for a couple of young CMs, not sure on names.
