Liverpool taken over bt dutch tycoon, 247 mil transfer budget is it normal?

Probably a redundant thread but....
As thread states just had liverpool taken over in first season before jan transfer thread. I now have a budget of 247 million. I have read its random if you get taken over or not but the question is. Is this a rare and amazingly lucky thing or relatively par for the course for liverpools first season in fm 2011.
Just curious how amazingly lucky this game has been or if a new liverpool game would end with similar results.

This is not rare nor surprising, some guys even get more transfer budget than you.

Not sure where to find that but I have not updated the game from the box. As I currently only have dialup in this part of the world.
Likely explains the problem
Thanks for the insight though, I know roughly what to expect on liverpool games now until I update. Which I will make a plan to do in near future.
