Liverpool: The Liverbird Rising From The Ashes

Great story. Liverpool is my fav club from England but I haven't managed them in a successful way in this year's FM. I'm in another save with my beloved club but when this is over maybe I'll give them a (another) go.

Sorry for no posts for ages!
Had loads of exams for a bit, and then my Steam crashed.. can't uninstall it/reinstall it, and my FM doesn't open:'( any tips?
