Dude,search them in the game.

Edit Filter > Age > 16 (At Most) Filter to highest value > Scout them.

Not that hard.

Anyway,like I've just mentioned,not that hard.All you have to do is search in-game.

I did that when I was finding youngsters for my Liverpool save.

I don't think you'll have much success searching for players this young unless they're regens.

Mats Rits is probably the youngest player I'm aware of with good potential.
