NEW KID ON THE BLOCK!
Having the delight of promotion to the Premier League was the thing of dreams for any Blackpool fan, yet here they were, living it. A great season in the Championship saw the Tangerines shock English football with a Play-Off win and the chance to mix it with the giants of football. The only problem was, their hero of the season, Ian Holloway, had decided enough was enough, he couldn't take the pressures of football any longer and thus, Blackpool seek new blood to lead the team in to new territory.
Then came along William Howard, a complete unknown to the management game, his only history with the game itself, involved nothing but a kick around at the park and 5-a-side footy on a Sunday. Yet the heads at Blackpool saw something in this 20 year old. The problem was, he had everything to prove and one believed in him. And so, his adventure has begun.....
MR. HOWARD, IN SEARCH OF GOALS!
A very brave approach to the game from this new manager has seen him offer fans, football at its best, GOALS! He believes he has the squad to fire in plenty of action throughout the forthcoming season, with a couple of additions of course. He is said to be bringing in a virtually brand new staff team to aid him as well as his players to entertaining football, and of course, safety.
William Howard has made it known that he believes he can lead The Tangerines to a mid-table finish, and with this decision the board have given him a £5,000,000 transfer budget, he will have to use it well and be astute with his money, insiders have led us to believe he plans on bringing in a large quantity of players as opposed to a massive quality player and using the cash up in one crazy buy. How will Mr Howard fair in the transfer market as well as pre-season friendlies as he builds his team up to be ready for the start of a rollercoaster affair.....?
(P.S) I am currently in my second season, so their won't be many/if any screenshots from the first season.
