LLM coaches

I am currently Blyth Spartans in the Blue Square North I'm focusing on developing my own players and was wondering if there were any decent youth coaches that I could get.

I have had a look but I cant offer a high enough wage

My wage budget for a youth coach is £80

Honestly, I wouldn't bother too much with coaching in LLM. If you are pushing for promotion each year you will constantly be changing your players and you facilities and youth recruitment is not very likely to produce anything you will be able to use as you continue to get promoted.
