loading problems

i go to start my game and it seems to get stuck on the loading page after all the advertisements it just keeps saying game loading then goin blank for a split second then coming back on the loading page and loading over and over again ........ ps im running the game through steam with latest updates ....thanks for anyone to take there time and try to help me ..

Only thing i can think of is re-install the game.
