Loan Bug?

I am managing team in Scottish premier league. when i search for English players who are listed for loan and make an offer the loan option is whited out. :S Is this a bug with the program? how can i get past this?

You can only make offers for loans in transfer periods. Also loans have to end in a valid transfer window.

That is probably your problem.

Hmm... Not really. :S

The best way to learn IMO is just to play the game and ask questions here
