Loan bug ??

Hello you little Mourinhos out there,

I cannot offer players a loan contract even if they are listed for loan at their club. Everytime I get to the Option for offering the contract type there is only a transfer possible. Don`t know if this has come with the new patch as some people say. I never wanted a player for loan before. But now all my rivals bid for loan - and I cannot. What`s going wrong ?

Any suggestions ?

What do you mean by ´transfer window´ exactly ? it is pre-season, I want to make a loan offer to a player, and the only optio is a full transfer while the loan option is greyed out. And as written above other clubs could make loan offers.

If you aren't in the transfer window then you will not be able loan players until it opens. Otherwise you may have the maximum number of loan players already due to league or national rules
