Loan signings for Barnsley

Looking to get some players in on loan for some reason when a club accept my offer they seem to move to bigger clubs..any recommendations be great thanks

I've just finished my first season with them and finished 7th. They've got a decent team already but I loaned Jordan Williams from Liverpool and played him as CB. I also got Bielik from Arsenal and played him as DM. I initially got them to play vice versa but found they performed better in them positions.
Whatever you do, dont put a release clause in Hourihane contract. Watford just activated it on my game and he's left. Devastated.
