Hello,

I was just wandering is there any point into loaning out youngsters because there attributes keep declining.

does this happen to you?
am i doing something wrong?

as long as you loan them out to a club where they will play regularily and the club has good training and youth facilities, then there is a great benefit to doing it

thanks for the advice, I never thought of the club training facilities

The playing time they get is much more important than the training facilities. As long as they can get 20+ games, I wouldn't care about facilities. Jsut make sure they go to a team in a playable league with real fixtures.

just make sure that if a team comes in with a loan offer, they say he will be in the first team. If they say he will be backup reject it

they need playing time. then only their stats rise. my serbian regen is on loan at Sunderland, and since then he has played nearly every game for the Black cats, and scoring an average 1 goal per game. also go his first International cap this way.
