logo problem

hi
i have tried to add new logos but they don't work.
first i found club id by genie scout, next by fm graphics guru create config.xml in directory:
C:\Users\Dawid\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2010\graphics\pictures\logos
there are also *.png files. i have run new game, with reload skin and without skin cache options but logos still don't appear.

my config.xml looks like below:

do you have any idea what is wrong?
