Logos aren't showing?

I've downloaded a logo pack but when i try to activate it in the game it doesn't show up and i've done everything correctly? and wondering if anyone knew how to help?

Where have you placed the folder ?
Does the folder have a config.xml file inside it ?
Have you unticked skin cache and ticked reload skin on fm ?

i've made a folder in the FM2012 bit in Sports Interactive then FM2012 then graphics then logos?
