Logos/Kits not working for some clubs!

OK, well this is just a small question but when I downloaded a kit pack and a logo pack, for all the teams who don't have the official kit/logo, their kit and logo will change.. but what about the other teams who already have their real kits? Their kits don't change! How can I fix this? Do I have to delete a file or something?
If there is a thread about this already please post me to the link.. and thanks in advance

I didn't want to make a new thread so I am commenting on this one again..
OK, since Leichester has their kits made my SI, my SS kit pack doesn't work for them. What do I have to do for it to work? Do I have to delete a file or something? Thanks guys
