Logos/player faces not showing?

Hi,
I downloaded some player faces and some logo packs for footy manager and i've done the usual; put them in graphics, logos, extracted them etc.
The first time i went on the game after downloading them they showed up, but now any existing games or new games they do not show up, i've tried that thing on preferences and it still makes no difference. Any help?

So you have gone into Preferences > Display and Sound > Unticked 'Use skin cache' and ticked 'Reload skin on confirm'?

You could try reloading the skin: Preferences > Display and Sound > Reload Skin.
