Long Ball Tactic

anyone managed to get a tactic to work based on Direct Football, long punts up the field to the tall striker.

i wanted to get one working with andy carroll up front and kevin nolan behind him, but to me it seems that in FM only tactics with short passing seem to work. anyone got any ideas?

4-4-2, Targetman (have at least three of them in squad because if they get injured you are done), Pump ball into box, all wide men set to cross often and aim to target man.

All others depend of players and team. Si forums guides and guideoffm site usefull, not creating a super tactic but having a little fun with the style of play you like.
