Long Throw

Looking for a player that has a very long throw. I'm Spurs so want someone who is first team quality and has long thrown ability of over 16. Any recommendations?

Ricardo Rodríguez, you can only buy him with paying 22.5m straight(his release clause).
Need to learn the bullet throw yourself as well.

Expensive but definitely worth it though since he is the best LB with high possibility to learn bullet throw.
