Looking for a back who is natural on both sides (backup/rotation player)

As the title says, I need a back who can come off the bench and fit both sides, preferably equally good. Im Oldham in 2018(competing in the top of PL and CL). I have Arana on leftback and Trippier/Passlack on right. He doesn't need to be a world-beater, but he must be good enough to play well in PL and CL.

i have been Looking at Jean Zimmer and Fabio. Any thoughts?

What team are you, budget etc?

I play as Oldham and I have 22,5 mill. I'm not willing to spend more than 7-8 mill on him as he will primarely be a backup player
