Does anybody have good tactics and instructions for a team playing a target man up top with good heading ability and good finishing?

I was thinking something like a defensive 5-4-1 for away games, and maybe a more ambitious 4-1-4-1 for home games. I'm a complete novice to Footy Manager, I just ordered FM2010 and in the mean time I've been getting to grips with FM2009 (which I love already<)).

I guess wingers who have good crossing ability and pace is a necessity, and set pieces would have to be devised to such an extent that each one could bring a goal. Essentially, its from the Bolton or Stoke school of tactics, something to keep a newly promoted team up and grind out results on a wet day at Griffin Park or Selhurst Park XD

Cheers for any help.
