Start in North/South skrill, Only rely on your youth players/intake and u21's and go to the CL

Download the entire 12 level english league, and work your way from the bottom and climb the long ladder up to the top.

I've just started a new career and simmed the first season unemployed. I decided to pick West Brom who had just been relegated and had some high valued players wanting to leave, so I picked up a huge amount of transfer fees to rebuild the team. The philosophies I added were to focus on youth and sign domestic players to improve the quality of English players. Simming the game is a much better way to start the game for me now.

Dinamo Kiev, the rules in the league make it better if your wanting to do a home-grown challenge, plus there youth setup is great.
