I think that is the 2016 editor you have screenshot. Unfortunately the 2012 version is far more limited . I've added the (correct)stage dates etc but have no facility to add/recognise the qualifying rounds, only dates, dates, teams added and prize money essentially.

I'm trying to edit the XML file but coding isn't my forte and there isn't a huge amount of info available to help. I've made some progress Still, I will persevere and see if I can get it to work.

I hope you had success editing it?

Not yet. Just cannot get the FA Cup to run named rounds correctly. The cup itself appears to run correctly.
