Looking for some advice when managing a n international team

Hi I started a game with Grimsby after getting promoted to league 1 1st season I kept them in a mid table position for next 1 1/2 seasons before being offer Norwich job in championship.
I have kept a similar tactic set based on the rule of 1 theory but now I have somehow managed to get a job with Uraguay.
Would you keep this tactic or devise a new one for the international team??

Try your tactic out in a couple of friendlies, but I'd personally be looking more at changing quite radically - playing a game in sunny Montevideo is going to mean having to play a slower tempo than a wet day in Grimsby or else you risk your players being shattered by half-time
