Playing Steam FC challenge for first time so resources aren't really a problem. I think Firmino can be a star playing AML for my team in the future, but I'd like to see his determination in particular higher, professionalism wouldn't hurt too but isn't a necessity. So far no one is willing to tutor him, is it due to a huge personality difference(do i need to tutor him to say 12 determination, b4 14 or something)? Please help if you know any good tutors for him or what I can do. Or if i should just give up on it let me know T_T.
