In my opinion CSKA are more fun to use, because of the amount of flair and ability players like Tosic, Dzagoev, Honda, Love, Doumbia and Sekou.

Seoul FC My absolute favorite save on any FM games is my current save on 2011 with Seoul.

CSKA I'd recommend as well.

Is Chile still a playable league? Can't quite remember, but if so, Santiago Wanderers. A ton of talent in the Chilean leagues, and the competition is quite great.
