Loosing stars during training

Hi guys!

My players keeps falling in "quality" according to their stars.

They may be 4 stars when i buy them. After signing them i train them in their best position and after a short period of time, they drop to 3-2,5 stars.

Why is this?

They may be 4 stars when i buy them. After signing them i train them in their best position and after a short period of time, they drop to 3-2,5 stars.

Why is this?

Star rating is not a definitive rating for the player, it is a guideline in comparison to the rest of your squad.

If you buy a forward player with four stars, then buy Messi, the first players rating will drop considerably because the players in that position have been strengthened.
