Losing Feeder Clubs .__.

So it's 2025 in my Arsenal save and I've been losing feeder clubs. They sever the link because they apparently "are rich and don't find it financially viable." Some bollocks like that.
It's terrible because now I can't find ANY feeder club for work permits. The others are all taken. -__-
So, what can I do to stop losing my feeders, and how how HOWWWWW can I get a work-permit feeder club?!

If your feeder clubs become too successful & qualify regularly for European competitions they start to see themselves on the same level and consider your club as a rival, however if you have full trust of your board (steam achievment) they may allow you to pick a feeder club yourself, as your save is in 2025 Croatia should be a full EU member i recommend picking any club available in any of their top 2 divisions as players will gain EU nationality after 2 seasons.
