Loss of Domestic League History

Hi everyone, I've had a look through the posts in the technical help section and nothing seems relevant, so I'm starting this thread.

Basically, having just finished my 2014/2015 season with Chelsea, the graph on the 'View Club' screen has no line displaying the league finishes.

In addition, under the 'History' > 'Competitions' tabs, the Domestic History list has disappeared.
I have included the screenshots below to better show what I mean.

I have just updated through Steam to version 12.1.1 - could this have something to do with it?

Same thing is happening to me. I'm in September 2014 and it no longer shows any team's history including my own.

I should also mention i've edited my game with FMRTE, but i don't think the two are connected. I'm also running 12.1.1.

Anyone else seen this? Any ideas on how to fix it?

My league history has also been deleted, did you manage to find a way of fixing this?
