Well im doing my local town atm in a FM story and just got into league 2, The stadium currently has a max limit of 3000. Now when i ask about stadium expansion with the board they say "The council will never let it happen because of space" Is there a chance a new stadium will be built?

yeah they may build a new one when finances improve

usually after 6 or 7 year if the money is there they will build a new stadium if your getting the crowds in they may even name it after your self!

Any idea how much a new one roughly costs? yeah im getting nearly jam packed every game now and into my 6th season but only sitting on 1 mill at moment :-( so i think i got abit to wait lol

Depends on how big they make it.

And they would take a loan out anyway, you wouldn't be able to cover all the costs by just winning everything.

It happened to me either but now they are building new staduim and its name is my last name What an honour

arrange high profile friendlies, like as many as pos!!! that will generate alot of cash
