lost the news feed icon!!

I've managed to lose the news icon button that appears in the top left of the screen interface.
has anyone else had this problem and if so did you manage to fix it?

any help would be appreciated thank you!

Sorry no help but i have also lost this button have to go to the manager profile then click inbox or wait for important messages!

Do mean the inbox button? You can just right click the tab at the top of the screen and select it from the drop down box.
