He cannot make a story under any circumstances. Kris gave the ban and won't be lifting it until Louis proves he can play a few different saves on his own for atleast 3 season.

Maybe a break is what Louis needs, he can start a game, take some screenshots every month to keep a record of his achievements, and if he is enjoying it he can post it as a story. But what he was doing before was posting a story regardless.
