alright guys, not sure if I'm missing something obvious or it's just a new part of this year's FM, but my manager rep is very low when I start a new save.
In the profile section my manager reputation is showing as two silver stars which seems a bit odd considering i'm with spurs and started with continental pro licence and pro footballer experience. pretty sure it would start much higher with same settings at the start of a save in fm15?
also this is my first post on here so sorry if it's posted in the wrong place or anything like that. cheers
