Low Morale = Incapable Team

I know morale plays an important part in football, but I think they've gone a bit too over the top in game.

When a team has low morale, they seem to become completely incapable of doing anything... Defending, scoring, passing, anything really! I'll win like 6 games straight, then lose to a rival causing bad morale, then cant win for another 8 straight games...

I just think it's a bit too much...

Maybe the morale you built was just based around winning and not happiness in general (trust in your ability, playing for the club)
Just an idea. Not sure if FM is advanced enough yet.

it does seem a bit unbalanced, players moods can drop severely on whim also it seems theres more ways to drop morale than increase it..

If your morale drops too much then have a team meeting. Have done wonders for me as a newly promoted team and I use them a lot more often than I used to.
