Lower League Help

i have decided to start a lower league save for this years game. I have had several attempts to make a tactic but so far i am having no luck. Can any one give me some ideas and tips how i should go about making one? Any other advice would be welcome as well.

Started as maidstone predicted 22nd. 4th with 7 games to go. Playing a 4-5-1 on counter. Can do the instructions and roles tommorow if ur interested.
