Lower league players attributes ??

Currently managing Pompey in league 2 I'm top and hopefully going to get promoted but I was wondering what sort of stat numbers I should aim for obviously 15 + for prem players but where should I aim for league 1 to again aim for promotion

I'd look at who wins League 1 for that season in your save and look at their top players attributes? Could give you a bit of a heads up as to what is considered quality in League 1

In the lower leagues look for players with high physical attributes, determination and work rate etc... basically your milners. Technical attributes are not really that important i feel. However once you hit say championship mix it up with both but if you get promoted to the premier league, just physical attributes wont cut it.
