I am managing Crewe Alexandra and I am looking for good, preferably free agents, players for my team. I have an extremely low transfer and wage budget so buying players is not really an option. My team is predicted to finish 24th in League 1. Moreover, I prefer the players to be young. I am also interested in loaning in players.

Premier league clubs in general don't ask for any wage contributions. There was some lists on fm scout the best free agents/staff/ bargin buys things like that but with the winter update on now I don't know how useful they will be.

Loan signings could prove to be your bestie in the Football League but just remember, you can only loan in 4 players on season long loan deals.
