lower league tactic help

hi all, i need your help

I just restart a new season in fm, this time i choise to crate my team in serie c (italy), but i can't find a good tactic for lower league, with good player was relative easy, but with bad player :/ is another thing...

i use a 4-4-2, I took a lot of goals, but I've scored many short 42/39..

so... someone have a good lower league tactic for 6.3, or some tip for me?

On lower league, speed / pace is everything,
try Eusebio V3 original, and get 2 fast wide midfielder and 2 fast striker
